Shared induction
A group of four small Brisbane disability services have got together after meeting at 30Mob, to form the Greater Brisbane Mini Mob. We have worked together to develop a high quality shared induction program for all of our staff with the support of NDS.
This program started in September 2010, and will allow all staff to receive quality induction to working with a disability service, with greater efficiencies for each of the services.
